Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title colored material suitable for seats for automobiles, seats for chair upholstering, having excellent qualities free from blacking and white fading by uniformly dyeing the tip part of napped fiber constituting piled cloth under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:Napped cloth having 6-30 micron thickness of single yarn, 0.2-5mm length of napped fiber, comprising napped fiber part having a length ratio of tip part A and root part B in the direction of fiber axis A:D=(0.1-0.6):(0.9-0.4) is colored by ink jet printing by a pore diameter nozzle shown by formula I (formula II is thickness of single yarn; formula III is pore diameter of nozzle) through n times printing (1<=n<=16) of unit printing area point in a different color system of two or more colors in the fiber direction and into color parts wherein the part A and the part B have difference of <=20.0 value of hue ring at least in Munsell system and difference of <=3.0 value of color value to give the aimed colored material.
