Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate a space inside a heating toilet seat, prevent entry or accumulation of urine or foul water and improve the thermal efficiency of the heating toilet seat and the surface design of its rear plate.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin is used in a first formed layer 40 on the surface of a toilet seat part 4 and a foaming resin of the same type as the first formed layer and compatible therewith is used in a second formed layer 41 on the rear surface of the toilet seat part 4. A heater unit 30 is provided close to the surface 42 of the toilet seat, the second formed layer 41 is thicker than the first formed layer 40 and the rear surface 43 of the toilet seat is made up in a raised form.
