Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a plastic film which has excellent adhesive properties of a base material film and a vinylidene chloride copolymer layer and excellent gas barrier properties as a film for packaging food. CONSTITUTION: A gas barrier plastic film comprises at least three coating layers formed of water dispersion and water solution on at least one side surface of a base material film in such a manner that the first layer is a primer heat treated at a temperature of the melting point of the base material film and under and at the melting point minus 50 deg.C or higher, the second layer is a primer heat-treated at a temperature lower by 50 deg.C or more than the heat treating temperature of the first layer, and the third layer is a vinylidene chloride copolymer.
