PURPOSE: To pour sake without spilling over the periphery by breaking the film of a container without holding it by hands, by providing a seal pipe surrounding the pouring pipe to be transferable in the axial direction and relatively transferring the pouring pipe toward the container outlet and sealing between the seal pipe and the container.
CONSTITUTION: A seal pipe 9 surrounding a pouring pipe 7 is inserted in the outward protrusion 5c of the upper cover 5 through a seal ring 14 to be transferable in the axial direction. Next, a compressive coil spring 13 forcing the seal pipe 9 to move outward the hollow member 4 is provided between the seal pipe 9 and the nut 6. The seal pipe 9 is pressed to the periphery of the container outlet and transferred toward the inside of the hollow member. The pouring pipe 7 is relatively transferred toward the container outlet and the clearance between the seal pipe 9 and the container is sealed. In this way, the film material sealing the container outlet can be broken and sake can be poured without spilling over the periphery.
