Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a triazole antifungal agent excellent in antifungal activity, useful for human and animal nosomycosis. CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula I [Ar<1> is phenyl, a 5-membered to 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic group (the heterocyclic group contains at least one N, O or S), phenyl containing one to three substituent groups, etc.; R<0> is H or a lower alkyl; R<1> is a lower alkyl; R<2> to R<5> are each H, a lower alkyl or a halogen-substituted lower alkyl with the proviso that R<2> to R<5> are each independently the same or different when (q) and (s) are each 2; (n) is 0, 1 or 2; (p) is 0 or 1; (q), (r) or (s) are each 0, 1 or 2; A is a 4-7C 4-membered to 7-membered ring aliphatic carbon ring group, etc.] or its pharmacologically acceptable salt such as a compound of formula II. The compound of formula I, for example, is obtained by reacting an epoxide compound of formula III with mercaptan or its acetic acid ester derivative in the presence of a base to give a compound in which R<0> is H and (n) is 0 in the compound of formula I.
