Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a floatless carburetor from vapor locking by providing a suction pipe between the floatless carburetor and a crank case connecting them. CONSTITUTION:A crank case is provided with a suction pipe 28, which is equipped with a floatless carburetor 29. An exhaust passage 42 is connected with the exhaust holes 40 of a plurality of cylinders and also leads exhaust gas to an exhaust port 41. The exhaust port 41 and an expansion chamber 22 are connected with each other through a first exhaust passage 23. Suction system parts such as the floatless carburetor 29 and others are arranged to one side of the border formed by the vertical plane passing through the centers of a crank 38 and a cylinder sleeve 44, and exhaust system parts to the opposite side. For this reason, exhaust heat is hard to be conducted to the floatless carburetor 29, and fuel is hard to be vaporized.
