Abstract:
PURPOSE: To strengthen a light source unit against impact by raising fixing strengths of a semiconductor laser, a mirror frame, etc., to a fixing member.
CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor laser 40 and a mirror frame 20 fixed with a lens 15 therein are positioned, they are welded to a bar body 30 by a YAG laser. Thermosetting adhesive 70 is filled in a hole 60 of the body 30. It is so covered with adhesive 47 as to coat a welded part of the laser 40. The adhesives 70, 75 are cured by heat treating.
