PURPOSE: To eliminate a limit by number of opposite terminal equipments to which an information center is connected, number of items of retrieved data and a transmitted information quantity when storage data of the information center connected to a communication network and arranged distributedly are distributed remotely on request from an opposite terminal equipment.
CONSTITUTION: When data stored in a data form respectively suitable for a picture, a voice signal and a character in an information center arranged via a communication network 108 are distributed to a reception terminal equipment 109, request information including a distribution date and time sent from the reception terminal equipment 109 is stored in a customer management section 103, a data management section 104 in the information center is retrieved by a keyword based on request information from the reception terminal equipment 109 and the relevant data obtained by a storage medium 102 are stored tentatively in a served information storage section 105 and the data are automatically distributed to the reception terminal equipment 109 when the designated date and time comes.
