PURPOSE: To produce 'inari-zushi' (fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) in a high efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: Fried bean curd is fed using the 1st conveyer 3 from a fried bean curd stocker 1 to a fried bean curd raising support 2, and, in its raised state, charged using the 2nd conveyer 3a into a fried bean curd-spreading unit 5 on a fried bean curd on-off turntable 4; while the turntable is being in intermittent revolution, the opening of fried bean curd is expanded and a specified amount of cooked rice is put from a cooked rice feeder 8 into the fried bean curd, and the resultant 'inari-zushi' is discharged, using the 3rd conveyer 3b, out of the turntable 4.
