PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a wrinkle like damage on the surface of a molded product by forming empossed protruding parts to the surface of a laminate formed by successively laminating a synthetic resin surface layer having patterns on its surface, a flow adjusting layer and a synthetic resin flow layer without destructing the patterns of the surface layer.
CONSTITUTION: A laminate is formed by successively laminating a synthetic resin surface layer 3 having patterns on its surface, a flow adjusting layer 2 and a synthetic resin flow layer 1. Embossed protruding parts with a height of 2.5mm or more are formed on the surface of the laminate without destructing the patterns of the surface layer. When the substrate having the surface layer is subjected to empossing processing to form highly embossed parts on the surface thereof, the flow adjusting layer 2 cuts off the effect of the flow of the flow layer on the surface layer 3 even when the flow layer 1 flows largely and only the flow layer 1 flows mainly to fill the embossed protruding parts and the surface layer 3 is restricted to the deformation conforming to the shape of a mold and the generation of wrinkles or the collapse of patterns is prevented by the flow adjusting layer 2.
