PURPOSE: To make an operator and a location owner able to perform a management processing without operating a keyboard inside an automatic vending machine by instructing a device inside the automatic vending machine and executing a specified operation other than a sales operation when a card discrimination means for discriminating the kind of a card judges a specified card.

CONSTITUTION: When a user inputs a user card 3 to a card reader-writer 2, the input of the card is detected in a sales control part 1. Data read from the detected card are identified and whether or not it is the user card 3 is judged. When it is judged as the user card 3, the normal sales operation is executed. Also, when the inputted card is a location owner card 6 and an operator card 7 which are the specified cards, the kind of the card is identified in the card reader-writer 2 and the other specified operation is instructed and executed in the sales control part 1. Thus, the operator and the location owner perform the management processing without operating the keyboard inside this automatic vending machine.
