Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacture of stencil printing paper wherein a porous substrate layer having favorable fiber dispersion can be formed easily on a thermoplastic resin film and its process is simple.
CONSTITUTION: A porous substrate layer is formed by flocking a fiber 5 statically on the surface of a thermoplastic resin film to which a binder 4 is applied. With this construction, since a porous substrate layer having favorable fiber dispersion can be formed directly on the film by static flocking, shortening in a manufacturing process and a cost reduction can be contrived and image properties of a printed matter can be improved.
