PURPOSE: To easily communicate the intention and feeling of an information preparing person to other preparing persons and users by providing an expression icon for indicating the intention and feeling of the information preparing person for the respective information preparing persons.

CONSTITUTION: A member A inputs preparation information by an input means 2. Then, the expression icon of the member A corresponding to the information and an opinion is specified. The information inputted by the member A is turned into prepared information by an information preparation means 4, display- controlled by a display control means 7 and displayed at a display means 3. Similarly, an expression icon selection means 5 takes out the expression icon specified by the member A from an expression icon storage means 6. Then, the display control means 7 display-controls the taken out expression icon and the expression icon specified by the member A is displayed at the display means 3. Similarly, the member B inputs the preparation information by the input means 2 and specifies the expression icon of the member B. The specified expression icon is displayed at the display means 3.
