Abstract:
PURPOSE: To receive and hold products discharged from an industrial knitting machine on an apparatus enabling horizontal transfer for a certain period of time for inspection in stead of direct placing into a basket.
CONSTITUTION: This inspection device 10 is composed of a belt conveyor 11 and a driving member 12 for delivering driving force for the belt conveyor 11. Ths conveyor 11 has a specified length. A pulley 15 provided with a one-way clutch is placed at the end of a shaft of a roller 14 for the belt conveyer 11. A driving belt 17 is stretched over the pulley 15 and another pulley 16 located on the opposite side, and the driving force is transmitted by a tractive rod 19 through a connecting member 18.
