Abstract:
PURPOSE:To estimate an exchange timing and extend an inspection period and prevent braking of an exhaust flexible hose by predicting blinding of the heat exchange element for an engine heat pump. CONSTITUTION:A muffler 4, a flexible hose 5, and an exhaust pipe 6 are communicated in order with the exhaust port 2 of an engine 1 through an exhaust heat recovering heat exchanger 3 for recovering and utilizing exhaust heat of exhaust gas, and a refrigerant compressor 7 is driven by the engine 1 so as to operate a refrigerating device 8. A sensor 9 for detecting the temperature of the outlet of exhaust gas is provided on the outlet 4a of the muffler 4, and it is cooperation with an operation control device 11 provided with an abnormal condition alarm 10. When an exhaust gas outlet temperature T1 is in a forcible operation temperature range T0 or less, normal operation is carried out, and forcible artificial load operation is carried out when it is in the forcible operation temperature range T0. And when the level of the exhaust gas outlet temperature T1 is reduced in the temperature range T0 or less, normal operation is carried out again. When the value of the exhaust gas outlet temperature T1 is not changed into the forcible operation temperature range T0 or less even if forcible artificial load operation is carried out repeatedly for a setting repeat time N, abnormal condition alarm is transferred out from the abnormal condition alarm 10. When the exhaust gas outlet temperature T1 is in a forcible operation temperature range T0 or more, operation is stopped.
