CONSTITUTION: Plural weaving machines 10 are arranged on a weaving machine placing part 18 of a circularly transporting device 14 capable of circulating and transporting the weaving machines in the vertical direction in a building 12 having a weaving chamber 26 and an operating chamber 24, the weaving machine are solidly housed and a power supply pipe line 20 is connected through a rotary joint 22 to each weaving machine 10. When abnormality occurs in a certain weaving machine 10 among the plural weaving machines 10 at work housed in the weaving chamber 26, the circularly transporting device 14 is driven, the weaving machine 10 is transferred to the operating chamber 24, subjected to fixed treatment, returned to the weaving chamber 26 and working is continued.
