CONSTITUTION: Time codes are compared in a transport generation part (or a CPU 10), the flag for indicating the reproduction mode of a video signal source is generated and the setting of a slow mode for storing the time code and fader position data in a RAM 13 and a normal mode without storing the time code and the fader position data in the RAM 13 is decided based on the flag. Thus, it is possible to deal with even the case where a short fader operation for which an operator can not perform the fader operation is required, only noise is cut and improved sound can be obtained.
