Abstract:
PURPOSE: To favorably secure not only shift lever operability but also meter panel visibility and forward view field.
CONSTITUTION: A switch box 4 on which shift levers 5, 6 are supported is not fitted to a steering post 1 but independently arranged sideward of the steering post 1 so as to favorably secure visibility of a meter panel 2 as well as a forward vistual field. Since the shift levers 5, 6 are each formed into a shape protruding upward from a top of the switch box 4 and curved toward a side of the steering post 1, knob parts 5a, 6a at tips thereof are positioned directly under a steering wheel 3, so as to favorably secure operability of both the shift levers 5, 6.
