Abstract:
PURPOSE:To supply oil to a site requiring the lubrication of a rotating shaft in a loom without using a lubricating pump. CONSTITUTION:An idle shaft 15 and a main shaft 21 enter the interior of an oil storage tank 14 and a driven bevel gear 20 and a driving bevel gear 22 are secured to the entering ends so as to mesh therewith. A guide passage (L) is formed in the oil storage tank 14 and an oil storage pond (P) is formed at the terminal end thereof. An oil guide passage (16a) in a tappet shaft 16 is connected to the oil storage pond (P) with a feed pipe 29 and an oil in the oil storage pond (P) is fed into the interior of the oil guide passage (16a). An oil guide plate 25 is interposed between the starting end of the guide passage (L) and the driven bevel gear 20. The oil splashed with the driven bevel gear 20 is passed along the oil guide plate 25 and drawn into the guide passage (L).
