Abstract:
The device has at least one power switch in a power supply path, a central control part and at least one non-central control element in the hazard region and connected via cable to the central control part. The non-central control element generates a static protection request signal depending on a protection requirement and the control part opens the power switch if there is a static protection request signal from at least one control element. The device has at least one power switch (42) on the input side in series with a power supply path, a central control part (59) for controlling the central power switch with an essentially dust-tight closed housing with a defined number of inputs for connecting distributed control elements and at least one non-central control element (48) in the hazard region and connected via cable to one of the inputs of the central control part. The non-central control element generates a static protection request signal depending on a protection requirement and the control part opens the power switch if there is a static protection request signal from at least one control element.
