PURPOSE: To inform a user of a state just before gas supply shortage.
CONSTITUTION: A 2nd residual amount alarm setting value representing a closer state just before gas supply shortage than that of a 1st residual quantity alarm setting value is set to a memory display section 1c of a microcomputer circuit section 1. When the flow amount measurement value inputted after residual alarm information notice is matched with the 2nd residual amount alarm setting value, a residual amount alarm notice device13 through a notice device output interface circuit section 14 connected to the microcomputer circuit section 1 is activated to inform of the state just before gas supply shortage. Thus, the delivery of a gas bomb is urged to a sales shop and gas supply shortage is prevented in advance and the gas supply is used without care.
