PURPOSE: To simply execute monitoring and control of an area valve device wherein a sprinkler repeater transmit and receives information by an encoded signal to a sprinkler monitoring panel and the information is inputted to a control circuit from a response circuit of the area valve device, and also, opening/closing control of the valve means is executed by a relay circuit with an output of the control circuit.

CONSTITUTION: A sprinkler repeater 50 is a transmission terminal of a sprinkler monitoring panel, and is connected to a sprinkler valve unit, and also, connected to the sprinkler monitoring panel, as well. Moreover, the sprinkler repeater 50 detects a state of the sprinkler valve unit, and also, transmits the detected state as an encoded information signal to the sprinkler monitoring panel together with its own address, and discriminates whether it is an instruction to the own repeater for transmitting and receiving an encoded control signal or not, and thereafter, controls the sprinkler valve unit. A relay O executes opening control of an actuation valve, and a response circuit 57 detects ON/OFF of a contact executed by an operation of each part of the sprinkler valve unit.
