Abstract:
The invention relates to a locking device (30), especially for constructions that are made from profiled bars (10,14), mainly consisting of a lever lock (34) and two self-encompassing housing parts (32). Fixtures (48,62) such as grooves (48) and ribs (62) are provided in order to ensure a positive fit which is used to secure the lever lock (34) in an axial position. The entire fixture adjacent to the lever lock (34) is disposed on the closing cylinder (44), enabling machining with high manufacturing tolerances. However, the bolt (50) of the lever lock (34) can move freely without brushing against any element. The two parts of the housing (32) can engage with each other. As a result, supplementary fastening means are no longer required.
