Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the belt conveyor unit which facilitates belt replacement and assembly.
CONSTITUTION: An endless belt 6c is extended between plural rollers 6a and 6b, which are rotatably supported on a side plate 14 that is formed to a size smaller than the external diameter of the rollers; and a bearing 25 is provided in one roller 6b, a shaft hole 23 which communicates with the bearing 25 is formed in the side plate 17, and a shaft 26 supported on frames 8 and 9 positioned outside the side plate 17 can freely be inserted and extracted, thus constituting the belt conveyor unit 6.
