PURPOSE: To secure a large-sized display on the front surface even for an 1DIN size as it is and to make it possible to operate a device and adjust subordinate equipment without impairing an operability.

CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of a center unit 11 and the operation panel 14 supported detachably in the unit 11 and the center unit 11 is provided with a light receiving part 19. The operation panel 14 has a light emitting part 26 and also a display 14b and an operation key 14a are provided on the front surface of the panel and adjustment keys 27a for subordinate equipment which are connected to the center unit are provided on the side of the back surface of the panel.
