PURPOSE: To decide whether or not dialing restriction is executed depending on the presence of a password or a dial restriction number or the like in the case of dialing by a 3rd party.

CONSTITUTION: The telephone set is provided with a dial section 1 entering dial information including part or both of a destination telephone number and a password, a password confirmation section 2 confirming whether or not the same number as the password registered in a password registration section 5 is included in the dial information, a dial restriction number registration section 6 registering a dial restriction number to a telephone set dialing a dial destination telephone number from a dialing section 4 when the same number as the password is included in the dial information, a dial restriction number confirmation section 3 confirming whether or not the same number as the dial restriction number is included in the dial information, and a dial stop processing section 7 conducting dial stop processing when the same number as the dial restriction number is included in the dial information.
