CONSTITUTION: Suspension devices 14 composed of attenuation mechanisms or spring mechanism are provided between a frame 1 and respective large wheels 11. Therefore, the vibration of the large wheels 11 generated at the time of moving is relaxed by the spring mechanisms of the suspension devices 14 to be rapidly attenuated by the attenuation mechanisms. By adjusting the spring forces of the spring mechanisms by spring force adjusting mechanisms, the height of a seat 8 can be kept constant regardless of the wt. of the user.
