Abstract:
PURPOSE: To always excellently weld by matching the movement of a stud and a timing of discharging current of a condenser to flow in a stud welding machine of CD shape to use the charge and discharge of the condenser.
CONSTITUTION: The charge charged on a condenser C is discharged through a thyristor Q, and the discharging current I is fed on a stud 2. In this time, the stud 2 is held with a solenoid coil 4 of a welding gun, after a prescribed time from making off the energizing with a controlling circuit 6, the discharging thyristor Q is made on, and the arc discharge is timed to press urizing for the stud 2.
