Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacturing of bellows an also improve sealing performance by simplifying the structure of a metal mold.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical hollow molded body 2A is made of elastic resin. The hollow molded body 2A is inserted into a mold 10, and low stress relaxation resin is poured into both ends of the hollow molded body 2A through a communication passage 17 to form a bellows intermediate body, and the resin coming around the communication passage 17 of the bellows intermediate body is removed, and notches are made in the hollow molded body 2A to form a bellows section 2.
