Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make thick the arris sections of a container and prevent the generation of pinholes by preforming a raw film preheated by a preheater into the round tray shape by means of a molding heating plate and vacuumizing from below a mold to form a recessed section. CONSTITUTION:A raw film 12 preheated by a preheater 11 is reheated by a molding heating plate 13 having round tray-shaped sections 13a and vacuumized through a communicating opening 16a of a top force 16 of a mold section. The raw film 12 is stretched along the recessed sections 13a of the molding heating plate 13 by said premolding so that the wall thickness of a section covering the bottom section of a final molded container is made thinnest. Then, compressed air is fed into the top force 16, while vacuumization is carried out from a communicating opening 15a of a bottom force 15. As a result of said molding, the film wall thickness of a central part of a recessed section of the bottom force 15 is made thinnest, which makes the wall thickness dispersed in a coner section 15b of the bottom force 15 to uniformize the thickness of said surfaces 18a, a bottom surface 18b and arris sections 18c of a molded container 18 and eliminate pinholes of the arris sections 18c.
