PURPOSE: To prevent a main body from being pulled out of a container while decreasing cylindrical bodies as parts by providing the outer peripheral surface of the main body with a fitting part projected to an annular form, integrally welding the top end of the outside cylindrical body formed with a thick peripheral wall to the bottom end of an internal means and freely slidably clamping a fitting part with the welded part.
CONSTITUTION: The main body 3 is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the outside cylindrical body 1 and a projecting arc-shaped fitting part 5 is formed in the central part of the main body 3. The internal means 7 is mounted between the central part of the main body 3 and the outside cylindrical body 1. The outside cylindrical body 1 is formed thick and part at the top end of the upper part 17 of the outside cylindrical body and part at the bottom end of the lower part 19 of the internal means are integrally welded by ultrasonic welding. A clamping part 21 is formed by this welded part to slidably clamp the fitting part 5. The outside cylindrical body 1 and the internal means 7 are freely slidably fitted to the main body 3 via a rib 9 projected at the internal means 7 by interposing a gap G therebetween. In such a case, the welding area of the outside cylindrical body 1 and the internal means 7 increases and, therefore, the secure container is obtd. and the pulling-out of the main body 3 is prevented. In addition, the outside cylindrical bodies are decreased.
