Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a carbon cluster such as 60C or 70C cluster in high production efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: Carbon vapor produced by evaporating a carbon source at a high temperature is cooled and condensed to recover a carbon cluster. Concretely, the cluster is produced by depositing the soot of carbon vapor containing carbon cluster on a cooling face having a surface temperature of ≤40°C and recovering the deposited soot.
