Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a cushion body which is desirable for the preservation of environment, and of which the cost is reduced, and of which the seating feeling is improved by a method wherein the diameter of an applying port at the leading end of a tip which is screwed on the leading end of a spraying device of a synthetic resin foaming stock solution with a high hardness, which is applied to an optional area of a lower die, is made variable to an optional size.

CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin foaming stock solution 7 of a high hardness is applied to an optional area of a lower die 1, and after being or semi-cured after the applciation, a synthetic resin resin foamed stock solution of a low hardness is injected to form a cushion body with different hardnesses. For such a cushion body, the diameter of an applying port at the leading end of a tip 15 which is screwed on the leading end of a spraying device 6 of the synthetic resin foamed stock solution 7 of a high hardness to be applied to an optional area of the lower die 1, is made variable. By this method, by varying the diameter, larger or smaller, of the tip applying port at the leading end of the tip 15, the size or thickness of a high hardness imparted film 12 can be optionally changed. Also, by integrally attaching a flange to the leading end of the. 15, or making the surface area of the leading end of the tip 15 larger, the high hardness synthetic resin foaming stock solution 7 can be prevented from splashing.
