PURPOSE: To produce a polyester molding excellent in antistatic properties.

CONSTITUTION: This production process comprises melt- molding a polyester composition comprising 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester and 0.1-5 pts.wt. antistatic agent, and heating and humidifying the obtained molding to produce a molding having a surface resistivity of 1×1013ω or below and a half-life period of dielectric strength of 7sec or below. It is desirable that the heating and humidification treatment is performed under conditions of a temperature of 40-65°C and a humidity of 60-100% for 10-500hr. As the thermoplastic polyester, polyethylene terephthalate is desirable.
