Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a fraying of a decoration sheet terminal so as to improve the appearance, as well as to improve the trim cut workability of the decoration sheet.
CONSTITUTION: By inserting a low melting point resin sheet 54 at the front surface or the rear surface of a decoration sheet 30, the thermal fusion processing property in a thermal fusion cutting process with a thermal fusion cutting edge 52 is improved so as to carry out the cutting work smoothly, and at the same time, the fused resin of the low melting point resin sheet 54 is solidified so as to function as a binder to combine the cutting ends of the decoration sheet, and a fraying of the cloth is prevented.
