To provide an IP broadcast receiving device capable of allowing both viewers and businesses to easily check the quality status by visualizing the quality of received data in IP broadcasting.SOLUTION: The IP broadcast receiving device that receives a stream using IP (Internet Protocol) packets, includes: a reception unit that receives a stream via a network; an acquisition part that acquires a piece of packet reception information relevant to the reception of a plurality of IP packets in the stream; a calculation part that calculates a value that indicates the reception quality of stream on the basis of the packet reception information; a generation part that processes the value indicating the reception quality and generates a piece of information indicating the reception quality; and a display unit that displays the information indicating the reception quality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
