This IC card device is provided with a storage part 11 which can store a plurality of IC cards 14, an insertion slot 12 through which an IC card can be put in and out, and a read write part 11A which writes specific play medium use data to an IC card and reads the play medium use data out of the IC card. When the play medium use data are remaining, the read write part 11A writes the play medium use data to the IC card 14, which is ejected from the insertion slot 12. When no play medium use data are remaining, the read write part 11A initializes and collects the IC card 14 into the storage part 11. An IC card payment device is further provided with a memory storage part, a money payout opening, and a payment button.
