Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily position a lead wire and a bump and to attain a connection having stronger connection strength.
SOLUTION: An antenna coil 2 and an IC module 3 are built in a non-contact type IC card 1. A lead wire 4 of the coil 2 is connected to a connection terminal 5 of the module 3 to form a communication circuit. Two gold bumps 6 are adjacently formed on the upper part of the terminal 5 and a projected tail 7 is formed on each gold bump 6. The lead wire 4 is put between the adjacently formed projected tails 7 and fixed by solder 8.
