Abstract:
To provide an excellent IC card adapted so as not to cause deterioration of receiving sensitivity of wireless communication function of a cellular phone or PHS.
The IC card is shielded with a radio absorber or a ferrite sheet to prevent the external release of a harmonic wave of 13.56 MHz generated within the IC card. By using a material having no influence on 13.56 MHz, the function of the IC card can be kept. Since intrusion of a carrier frequency of portable wireless equipment into the IC card can be prevented by shielding the IC card, generation of a spurious transmission can be also prevented.
