PURPOSE: To improve an electrostatic resistance characteristic by providing a resilient conductive part on an upper part of an electrode through a space.

CONSTITUTION: On an IC card, a resilient, conductive and anisotropic rubber 3 pressed to an external electrode 1 and abutting against an electrode 4 when using is disposed on an upper part of the electrode 4 interposing a space therebetween. Accordingly, during the IC card being not used, the electrode 4 is not exposed but the insulation is maintained by the space and an influence of an electrostatic charge applied to the rubber by mistake is not given. As a result, the electrostatic resistance characteristic is improved and the IC card of high safety is obtained.
