PURPOSE: To accurately reform IC leads in any size by providing a driving part which inserts a pin to the root of lead, moves it from the root up to the end of lead and moreover sways the lead in the direction of pitch.
CONSTITUTION: A rail 3 mounts an IC. A slide piece 5 mounted on a slide body 6 fixes a guide pin 4 to be inserted to the root of lead. A slide block 8 supports a guide post 7 which vertically supports the slide body 6. A rotating shaft 9 causes sway of the slide block 8. An IC 1 is fixed on the rail 3 and the slide piece 5 is caused to slide in the direction of arrow mark B. When the rotating shaft 9 rotates, the slide block 8 coupled thereto through a pin 10 also rotaes, but since the pin 10 is coupled eccentrically, the slide block sways when it is observed from a side.
