This IC tag structure consists of an antenna part 3 with a spiral pattern and a circuit part, on which an IC is mounted; and an antenna of the antenna part 3 is fixed on an antenna board, and the circuit part is mounted on a circuit board 6 and the antenna part 3 and circuit part are connected by an electrically conductive member. Then ICs are mounted on a substrate where many small substrates for circuit boards are formed, and circuit parts which are divided into the small substrates and antenna parts having antennas formed on antenna substrates are electrically connected.
