PURPOSE: To dissipate heat quantity to the atmosphere as exhaust gas by installing a heat exchanger at a discharge side of an air supply unit and heat exchanging it with the exhaust gas of a heat accumulator in order to improve intake of the heat quantity converted partly from heat quantity of the atmosphere out of the accumulator and power for driving the supply unit into the accumulator.

CONSTITUTION: The ice cold storage system comprises an icemaker 1 for making ice by cooling water, a cold reservoir for storing ice, a cold output circuit 3 for outputting cold to be used, an air discharge tube 6 for discharging the air from a lower part of the reservoir to agitate chilled water 8, an air supply unit 4, an exhaust tube 7 for discharging the air in the reservoir, and a heat exchanger 5 installed between the supply unit and the discharge tube to heat exchange the exhaust gas of the reservoir with the air of an outlet of the supply unit.
