To provide an ice heat storage device which maintains good durability, improves IPF(Ice Packing Factor), and improves heat exchange characteristics.
An ice heat storage device 100 of this invention includes: a heat storage tank 130 in which water and ice are stored; an ice machine 120 which is located at a position higher than a water surface of the heat storage tank and makes block shaped ice; an ice transport pipeline 122 which flows the block shaped ice into water flow at a position higher than the water surface of the heat storage tank 130 and transports the block shaped ice by the water flow from the ice machine 120 to a lower part of the heat storage tank 130; one or multiple heat exchangers 148 which use water as a heat exchange medium and conduct heat exchange with the load side; a first water transport pipeline 140 which transports water from the heat storage tank 130 to the heat exchangers 148; and a second water transport pipeline 150 which returns the water used for the heat exchange from the heat exchangers 148 to the heat storage tank 130.
