The ice making system 1 comprises an ice making device 2. The ice making device 2 consists of a heat source unit 20, a water heat-exchanger 21 for making heat exchange between brine 13 flowing in an ice making pipe 12 placed on an ice skating rink 11 and refrigerant, and a supercooling heat-exchanger 35 for supercooling the refrigerant delivered from the heat source unit 20 to the water heat-exchanger 21. Herein, cooling liquid is circulated between a discharged ice accumulating part 30 for accumulating discharged ice and the supercooling heat-exchanger 35 so that the supercooling heat-exchanger 35 makes heat exchange between the cooling liquid and the refrigerant to supercool the refrigerant.
