PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making technique for stably ice making of sherbet ice using brackish water.SOLUTION: An ice making system of sherbet ice, comprises: an ice plant 2 in which the brackish water is made into a super cooling state and then makes sherbet ice by cancelling the super cooling state of the brackish water; a feeder 3 for storing the sherbet ice made by the ice plant 2 and feeding the sherbet ice; a super cooling chiller for supplying super cooling medium for heat exchanging with the brackish water; and a control device 5 for controlling at least any one of the ice plant, the feeder, and the super cooling chiller, in which the control device executes at least any one of the control processing of the super cooling medium that changes the temperature of the super cooling medium in accordance with the concentration of the brackish water and the pre-heating control processing that adjusts the preheat temperature in accordance with the concentration of the brackish water when the brackish water is preheated prior to the heat exchange with the super cooling medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
