Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an ice thermal storage system in which a water level difference between tanks is reduced and which can be used also as a water thermal storage system by decreasing a water flowing pressure loss in the tank in a dynamic type ice thermal storage system.
CONSTITUTION: An ice storage apparatus comprises a plurality of ice storage tanks communicating with each other by communicating means 10 to store slurrylike ice, and a netlike or porous screen 17 having larger passage sectional area than the sectional area of an opening and provided to cover the opening in front of each opening of the means 10.
