An ice storage house body 4 is manufactured by using a mold of its side smaller than a size of an exterior plate 6 covering an outer circumferential surface of the body 4 by a rotary molding method. A flexible foam plate 5 is interposed in a gap between the outer circumferential surface of the body 4 and the plate 6. Thus, even when an irregularity occurs in the gap due to the occurrence of a dimensional error of the body 4 due to the specific properties of the method, such irregularity is absorbed to flexibility of the flexible soft foam plate 5, and hence the body 4 and the plate 6 are effectively assembled.
