To enable the execution of high density (high IPF) ice storage by utilizing characteristics of stream charging possessed by emulsion by preventing a circulation passage from being clogged due to adhesion of ice occurring in a heat exchanger and a flow passage in a dynamic ice storage system to make and store ice in a suspension state through circulation, recirculation, and cooling of a W/O type emulsion.
While being recirculated and caused to flow by a circulation pump (3), the W/O type emulsion (1) is cooled by a heat exchanger (5) in a cooling tank (4), ice in suspension is made, and the ice is stored in the thermal storage tank (2). In this case, an oil film is electrostatically formed on the inner surfaces of the heat exchanger (5) and a circulation pipe (6) by using grounding device (7) and a filter (8) in a flow passage to suppress the occurrence of adhesion of ice and blocking of a flow passage.
