Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables stable ice making to be performed by restraining ice particles from flowing into an ice making system.SOLUTION: In an ice storage tank, sherbet ice made into ice from water including at least either of salt water and fresh water is stored. The ice storage tank comprises: an agitation part for agitating the sherbet ice; a partition part that makes the sherbet ice stored in an area on the side of the agitation part and through which the water can freely pass; and a water delivery port that is provided in an area on the other side of the agitation part in such a manner that the partition part serves as a boundary and that sends out the water.
